Shipping Policy

At HerRawness, we’re all about a smooth and luxe shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your raw bundles delivered:

Processing Times

Bundle Deal Pre-Orders: Please allow 10–14 business days for processing before your order ships.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once processing is complete.

No Weekend/Holiday Processing: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping

·        Carriers: UPS or USPS (signature confirmation + insurance included). Orders to PO Boxes ship via USPS only.

·        Delivery Times:

o   Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

o   Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing

International Shipping

·        Carriers: FedEx or UPS

·        Delivery Times: Typically up to 10 business days

·        Customs/Duties: Any tariffs or duties charged by your country are your responsibility.

Expedited Shipping

Need your bundles fast? Email help@herrawness.com with your order number to request 1-day shipping. (Expedited shipping availability is not guaranteed.)

Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages

·        Returned Packages: Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be restocked. Store credit (minus the original shipping cost + a $35 restocking fee) will be issued.

·        Address Changes: Must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After that, a $5 reassessment fee applies if we’re able to update it.
