PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE

By placing an order with Her Rawness, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the policies below.

At checkout, customers are required to acknowledge these terms before completing their purchase.

PREORDER & PROCESSING POLICY

ALL HAIR ORDERS ARE PREORDERS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS SPECIFICALLY MARKED “READY TO SHIP.”

Please allow up to 15 business days for processing BEFORE your order ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time and shipping time are not the same.

The shipping option selected at checkout determines the estimated transit time after your order has completed processing and has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

For example, selecting expedited shipping does not expedite the preorder processing period.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that your order may take the full stated processing period before shipment.

Please do not place an order if you are unable to accommodate the preorder processing timeframe.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has completed processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping carrier receives your package.

Shipping estimates provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Her Rawness.

Her Rawness is not responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your:

Name • Street Address • Apartment/Unit Number • City • State • ZIP Code

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Her Rawness is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the shipping carrier.

Customers should promptly contact the applicable carrier regarding missing packages and follow the carrier's claim procedures when appropriate.

Her Rawness will assist by providing available order and tracking documentation; however, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that the carrier confirms were successfully delivered.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions and the custom/preorder nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Hair that has been:

• Installed
• Worn
• Washed
• Colored, bleached, or chemically altered
• Cut
• Combed or brushed extensively
• Unbundled or altered
• Had tags, bands, or original packaging removed

is not eligible for return or exchange.

If you believe you received an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact Her Rawness within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery and include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs/video when applicable.

Do not alter, install, wash, color, cut, or otherwise manipulate the hair before contacting us regarding a potential issue.

Eligibility for any approved remedy will be determined after review and subject to applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Because preorder fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification once processing has begun.

This includes changes to:

Length • Texture • Quantity • Product • Shipping Address

Please carefully review your entire order before submitting payment.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean the cancellation has been approved.

NATURAL HAIR VARIATIONS

Please understand that human hair particularly raw and collector-sourced hair is not manufactured to look identical from bundle to bundle.

Natural variations may occur in:

Color • Texture • Wave pattern • Strand thickness • Bundle appearance

These natural characteristics are not automatically considered defects.

Photos displayed on our website are intended to represent the general appearance of our products. Lighting, styling, monitors/screens, and the natural characteristics of individual bundles may cause slight differences.

COLORING & CHEMICAL SERVICES

Although certain Her Rawness hair may be suitable for professional coloring, bleaching, or chemical customization, results can vary.

Once hair has been colored, bleached, chemically treated, cut, installed, or otherwise altered, Her Rawness cannot be responsible for damage resulting from the service, products used, processing technique, excessive heat, or improper maintenance.

For significant color transformations, we strongly recommend using a licensed professional experienced with human hair extensions.

HAIR CARE & LONGEVITY

Any estimated lifespan stated for our hair is based on proper maintenance and is not a guarantee of a specific number of months or years.

Hair longevity can be affected by:

• Installation method
• Frequency of wear
• Heat styling
• Coloring or bleaching
• Products used
• Detangling
• Sleeping habits
• Maintenance and storage

Proper care is essential to maintaining your investment.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & EBOOKS

All ebooks, vendor directories, sourcing guides, and other downloadable products sold by Her Rawness are digital products. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, digital purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Digital products are licensed to the original purchaser only.

Purchasing a Her Rawness digital product does not grant permission to copy, share, reproduce, upload, distribute, teach from, republish, or resell the content or vendor information.

ONE PURCHASE = ONE USER.

Your purchase gives you access to the source. It does not give you the right to redistribute or become the source.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a concern regarding an order, please contact Her Rawness first so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge the preorder processing timeframe and the policies presented to you at the time of purchase.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Her Rawness may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction documentation, including, where available:

Order details • Tracking and delivery information • Customer communications • Applicable store policies • Checkout acknowledgments • Digital delivery records

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or payment-card laws.

FRAUD PREVENTION

For the protection of our customers and business, orders may be reviewed for potential fraud.

Her Rawness reserves the right to cancel or decline orders that our payment processor or fraud-prevention systems identify as presenting an unacceptable fraud risk, subject to applicable law.

Additional verification may be requested before certain orders are fulfilled.
